+1 pts“I have a pair of Tozo NC2s and they aren't disconnecting from my iPhone 12 mini. I bought them just under a month ago, but I've noticed the past couple of days that even when I put them back in the case (the manuals way of saying how to disconnect/turn off the headphones) they're aren't doing so! I can hear the headphones say "power off" when they're back in the case but the symbol on my phone that shows headphones are connected via bluetooth and their battery level is still there, and any calls or sound from my phone is being redirected to the headphones. Has anyone had experience of an issue similar to this or know a fix? Any help appreciated!”
