Best praise vs top criticism for SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7
“I had used the pulse 3d for a while and was ok with them, until the elites came out and was curious about planar technology. I bought them and ended up returning them, they had a weird crackling when playing on ps5 but no issues on PC. I didn't take a chance with a new set, but they were fairly better sounding compared to the regular pulse 3d. After that I tried the steelseries arctic nova 7p and while there were better sounding and way comfort. I was not fully convinced. So after a couple weeks of testing them I returned them. I was gonna settle with my audiophile meze 105 wired to my receiver, or getting a DAC to plug it via usb to the ps5, but I was really wanting a wireless headset for ease and convenience when moving around and not being tethered to the receiver. So after much consideration and saving a bit extra money, I got the Audeze Maxwell. And that was it. Bought them about a week ago and oh dayum. The sound is way more natural than the other cans I've tried, they're phenomenally EQd out of the box that don't need too much tweaking, and if you need it, they're easy to EQ via PC or the phone app. I almost kept the arctic nova 7p, but I really wanted a planar headset. I could've given a second chance to the pulse elites, and they have great reviews, but I ended up going the next step. If "endgame headphone audio" is what you're looking for. Then go for the Maxwells”
“Hello all! Is there a fix for my Arctis nova 7? I had to max my volume on the headphones for the left side to be able to hear clearly. I checked the drivers etc and there seems no problem. Sorry about my english :D”
