+2 pts“As you already noted, the NEX line of cameras are pretty outdated as they were meant to be Sony’s bridge from DSLRs to new mirrorless technologies. That doesn’t mean they can’t take great images (and that goes for true DSLRs in 2025 as well), but yes, there are significant benefits if you upgrade to an a6700 - especially for things like autofocus speed and lowlight performance. Though what are the lenses you’re using? If you have let’s say an older budget lens then that might also contribute to your autofocus capabilities as well.”
