All my other newer earphones get the same treatment; Stored in pouches like the one in your picture. Routinely taken apart and cleaned with alcohol and Q-tips. Kept somewhere I can guarantee a cool temperature when stored for a while for battery longevity. It’s all low effort stuff so it’s an absolute no brainer and more worth it than you may initially realise”

Seems to be a known qc issue that their earbuds battery loses all voltage and stops charging. Sennheiser has been lacking in qc since they sold their company”
