+8 pts“It's a really hard shoe for me. I don't think I can generate enough impact force to actually benefit from the Elite's foam/plate. Maybe works wonders for someone else. I like the stability and upper though. The grip is bad. Vaporfly 3 is easier but I have similar issues with it. When running strides or repeats I can feel the shoe helping but on a HM/10k pace the shoe is kinda dead for me. Alphafly 3 and especially Adizero Pro 3 are shoes which seem to be easier for my mechanism. I don't have to "smash" them down so hard to actually feel the bounce.”
