Some shoes that have worked for me great: \- Saucony Cohesion 15/16 \- New Balance FuelCell Propel V2 \- Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 The Cohesions specifically have worked great for me, as I am currently at 526.4 miles on my current pair and they haven't really caused me any issues or pain at all. My ideal shoe would be something that could do everything, e.g. long runs, easy runs, workouts and races. I would also like something that is durable and good for someone is taller (6'2). If it helps, my lifetime PR in the 5K is 19:09 and 5:24 in the mile.”
