“Yeah, it wasn't cheap. I went into this with some idea of what I was hoping to get out of it and Mode checked all the boxes for me. I spent a lot of time researching everything to make sure I would get components that would do what I was trying to achieve. I'm really happy with the result!”
“Were you willing to pay the difference between the gray and the silver mirror? If not, that would make sense that they didn't offer them to you for free. Also, if you really want to push the issue. A replacement not being available would mean that the item isn't complete. You could ask to return the Envoy. If they refuse, I would mention a charge back, simply because the item arrived defective and they don't have a replacement. Your credit card company would likely side with you. I've had a few issues with Mode, but all of them were resolved quickly and easily.”
