“Hi, I am sorry to hear that. Well basically, if you are looking for a good quality air purifier for your son's bedroom with HEPA filter, then I recommend Medify Air MA-14. It has a HEPA 13 filter instead of the average HEPA 11 - *the former can capture particles as small as 0.1 microns the latter can only capture upto 0.3 microns.* There is one important point that I want you to consider when choosing an air purifier (there are more, but I want to keep things as simple as possible) and that is **Coverage area of the room you want to use the air purifier.** A good 200 sq ft air purifier should suffice for a bedroom. If you want to use the air purifier in a larger room, then you may want to look into the likes of Medify MA-25. Also, Air Purifier's coverage area is rated using two metrics: standard and maximum coverage. For instance, the standard coverage area of the MEDIFY MA-25 is 500 whereas the maximum is 1000 sq ft. My recommendation is to use the standard coverage area as the basis for your purchase. I also just want to mention here that HEPA air purifiers often have multiple filtration stages (Not just the HEPA filtration stage). They have the Prefilter that removes large particles and Carbon Filter that is excellent against VOC, gases and odors. This is important to know because when you want to maintain, clean or replace the filter, you will to replace all of them.
