The handle even says so - they are little round pancakes, sometimes made with a yeast batter, sometimes with soured milk, usually have a little filling in them that is sweet (apple or berry). I’ve used small pieces of bacon too. Could probably use it for making takoyaki. That’s what I’d do with it. No idea about make or age but I love me some ‘skeebers’.”
