“I also have the Levoit 6000s. It has no problem keeping the house (1500 sf) at 50% humidity. The app is very good. If I set it on auto it can get a little noisy when the fan kicks into high. However you can manually set the fan and when on lower setting it is whisper quiet and still maintains 50% humidity no problem. It uses two to three gallons of water and day”
