“Kai blades are like that. The first shave with them always unpleasant for me. It drags and the results aren't great. The next 2-3 shaves thereafter are just fine, good results and feel alright. It feels like the blade needs a little mellowing out before it performs optimally. I won't be rebuying them when what I have left is finished.”
