“About a month ago I bought a Instant Pot Vortex, the model that has the pullout drawer with the see through window. 3-4 days after I bought it, I slid the drawer out, removed the cooked food, and slid the drawer back in. I wanted it to cool so I could wash it later, so I didn't close the drawer the entire way, I left it open slightly so the hot air could escape. As soon as I walked away from it, the drawer slid out and fell, plastic handle first, onto the ceramic tile floor. The plastic handle has been cracked and broken (small pieces broken away) ever since. Damn thing is nearly new and looks like it should be thrown away.”
