IKEA Vardagen Carbon Steel Frying Pan

“In December i got rid off all my non stick pans/pots and replaced it with single stainless pan and set of stainless pots. Pots are great but i kind of hated cooking on stainless pan. Long story short i basically stopped cooking for 2 months out of frustration and resorted to take-outs or ready meals. It wrecked my finances and general mood. I picked up 28cm cast iron pan from ikea and loved it from day one even though it wasnt meant to be. This pan is larger than any burner i have, and because of my cooker layout, i couldnt even center pan on burner because my stove rails/bezels get in a way. ive struggled with it for a bit and then collecting bug have struck.
