tldr; Google's first watch. Fitbit integration strong, WearOS smooth. Battery disappointing at 24hrs. Best for Pixel owners.

Best praise vs top criticism for Google Pixel Watch
“I had the original Pixel Watch and upgraded to the Pixel Watch 3 45mm last year. The 3 45mm is working flawlessly. I haven't powered up the original since the upgrade, but I recommend both. I haven't used anything else since the Fossil smartwatch. I use the 3 45mm with a metal case/bracelet I found on Amazon for like $10 and it looks great. If you're interested in a hybrid I would look into Withings, that might be my next purchase.”
“Avoid buying generic “smartwatches” from unknown brands, especially these cheap Chinese imports often sold on Amazon. They typically track activity and health metrics inaccurately, and most generate fake data. Instead, get something from a reputable brand such as Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung, Google Pixel Watch, or Apple Watch (if you use an iPhone). Even an older, second hand model from an any of these brands will perform far better and provide more reliable tracking than these knock-offs. You can often find them used dirt cheap on eBay and other resellers.”
