Size - you would be going from: 42 x 42 x 11.9 mm and Case only: 44.50 g (With leather strap: 55.5 g, With Milanese strap: 86.0 g) to: 46.6 x 46.6 x 15.1 mm and 67g weight (that is with strap - can reduce that by going nylon or putting lighter straps than the default silicon). So yes a bit of a size and thickness increase - but its not massively so.
