I bought a Garmin Venu 2+ largely for those reasons. The heartrate monitor is just fine except for maybe elite athletes seeking very precise measurements. I took a "Health Snapshot" and ECG usually once a week. The ECG may not be medical quality but it is approved by he FDA, so it must not be too bad. It can do blood oxygen level, but not blood pressure. You need the Garmin Connect app for the phone. Does Xioami use Android?

Garmin watches are Overhyped & Overpriced like hell in my Opinion. I have had Vivoactive 4/5/6 ,FR955, Instinct 2/3 , Venu2 , Fenix 7 ( I get them to make videos for YT, lol) Not one I have used for more than a few weeks... They are totally not worth the $ they ask, and the Mid-range ones such as Vivoactive , Venu and FR are built from absolutely cheapest possible $hit materials and they scratch so easily. They are worth 1/3 of what they ask for them.
