An compared to a finger pulse oxy my garmin is 4 to 5 points lower. And if I dont clean my garmin very good after sports it shows my hr 30 beats elevated. That's why I dont trust it. I detects me as sleeping , when I watch TV. Maybe its useful for trends. when you established a baseline for this not so exact values.”
