This thing glides through the grass as long as it doesn’t get too long. If you’re consistent with it you’ll have no issues. I don’t have a link to the reddit post but I remember when I was doing my research someone said if you are going manual don’t cheap out or you’ll end up spending more money after you give up and buy an electric/gas mower and recommended the Fiskar. Also I love just getting it out of the garage and going, no worry about battery charge or gas, it’s incredibly quiet so I don’t feel bad doing using jt in the early evening when everyone is home but it’s a little cool after work.”
