I bought a Lowe's special ego z6 (mismatched batteries but it was only $1500) and the support registered it in about 5 minutes flat. Then when the power charging unit broke I called them up expecting a fight and within ten minutes they were mailing me a new one with basically zero push back. After a firmware update that I thought had gone wrong they told me that Iight have to sent it in to be repaired and the repair facility was in town so it wasn't a huge chore.. it turns out that I was an idiot on that one with the battery not fully seated so I never had to send it in though.”
