Clubman Pinaud After Shave Lotion

“Travel shave! And on a train, no less. I’m going back home on Amtrak and took advantage of the private sink in my roomette to shave. There’s something poetic about watching the scenery roll by, having time to write, and meeting other travelers. I’m very grateful. Shaving on a moving train makes me feel like I’m in an old movie, something straight out of North by Northwest with Cary Grant. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend it; it has one of the funniest classic shaving scenes ever filmed. I use the PAA tube to wash my face and leave it slightly damp. I loaded the brush by rubbing it on the MSC tallow stick for about a minute and face lathered. Really love this tallow stick, leaves my skin feeling nicely moisturized. Two very enjoyable passes with the Slim: one with the grain on setting 3, and a mixed one on 5, across the grain on the cheeks and against the grain on the neck. Rinsed with cold water and got an excellent close shave. Dried my face and splashed on Clubman Brandy Spice. Pleasantly surprised by the scent, spiced and perfect for the holidays just around the corner. A great shave, and now ready to grab a bite.
