Best praise vs top criticism for Baby Jogger City Mini GT2
“I don't have older kids (yet), but I loved wearing my son when he was little. It was easy to nurse in a wrap, fewer things (like the car seat) to have to keep track of, less to lug to the bathroom. I could definitely see holding baby in a wrap while watching older kids play sports. We didn't get a stroller until baby was much older, but we did end up liking the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2. It was compatible with our Graco snugride infant bucket seat without any extra parts.”
“If you're not going to actually use the stroller, it's probably a waste of money. I'd just get a bassinet with wheels. A cheap stroller is not likely to function better, for that need. You're also only going to use this for a few months, bassinets are for 4-6 months top. So, buying a stroller just for that is a shame. If you do still want to use it as a stroller, I think the City mini GT2 is really good value. It's not the cheapest, but it's sturdy, easy to fold, fits toddlers well, and has good maneuverability. And it's much cheaper than a lot of the premium strollers.”
