Audio-Technica ATH-TWX7

“I have them. Never had or tried the ATH-TWX9's, which came before these. Keep in mind I just use them for music. Haven't tried them for calls or anything like that. There's some reviews on YouTube you can watch for some of that input if you need to. Anyway, what I can say, they sound great. I've owned Bose quiet comforts, Sony's (Their TWS earphones and their over ear ones), Sennheiser's, etc. So far, the TWX7's are my favorite. I gotta say I was shocked at how good the ANC was, since usually Sony and Bose take the cake on that. The volume they can achieve is also respectable, considering I returned the Sony wf xm4's because they just were not loud at all to me, and tried every solution reddit had at me, the volume just was not there. The TWX7's aren't extremely loud, but they were acceptable and enjoyable to me, and they sounded better then my Sennheiser's, Sony's, and the Bose's I owned. You can EQ them to if you want, but I just leave them on the LDAC codec and keep the EQ off, and they sound great. Keep in mind LDAC is only available if you have an android, Apple just uses AAC, which I'm sure sounds fine, but I'm going off of what I have. There are differences between the TWX7's and the TWX9's, like the supposed spatial audio and the UV light that cleans them, both of which I can live without. All in all, these are a bargain to me at $200, but keep in mind I just use them for music, your mileage will vary with calls, and YouTube is probably your best friend when it comes to seeing how they do with calls, but, if you just want them for music, you really won't be disappointed. They were a solid buy and a 10/10 for me.”
