It’s possible to add it directly to HomeKit and there’s no subscription fee, can access footage from the home app, save clips to my phone, etc. I chose this one because of the HomeKit compatibility and the other HomeKit options (Logitech circle) were known for overheating in the sun. I have a south facing door and never had issues with overheating. Been using it for about 2 years now”
