“I would go with the Amazfit Active 2 if it is in excellent condition. It is basically a round, more upmarket version of the Bip 6 (it has a barometer for example, better materials and a round shape will look more elegant, but that's preferences), and it gives you a nice software by Amazfit with the possibility to answer messages with a keyboard and/or voice dictation. If you really wanted WearOS in order to install apps from the Play Store or to have WhatsApp or other apps, open chats, and even send audio messages, then you could go for the Ticwatch, but I have no idea about how the watch is and if it is reliable.”
