+2 pts“Bottom line, the glycerin GTS does not work for me in regards to the overpronation issue. The gel-kayano 27 seems to do a better job at this in my opinion. Cushioning in the GTS is firm but not bouncy, does not make me wanna run faster, I guess I need to try the new gel-kayano 30 or 31 to see the difference (my PR for a 5K is 20:19 with the gel-kayano 27) and no issues in foot. For walking I use trail running shoes, I got the Nike Pegasus trail and the Adidas terrex soulstride ultra. Amazing shoes”
