"I am an Anker loyalist, I own several of their power banks. I have a couple of Prime 20ks (one gen 1 and one gen 2) a 737 24k mah and a 165w 25k mah with the retractable cords, among others. They are all great performers, and ive never really had a major issue *knocks on wood* but when i have had ro contact their customer service in the past, it has been my best experience with any CS from any company in any industry. I have a couple of Ugreen products, a PB761 10k mah magsafe power bank and one of their nice 240w cables with the little display on the tip. They are definitely my #2 choice behind Anker, but there is a noticeable downgrade in quality of materials used. But they are cheaper, so it makes sense. Its hard to go wrong either way, but Anker by far has the best support and their produxts are just plain better built overall. If you can afford to do so, go with an Anker. If you're really on a tight budget and need the most power bank for the dollar, Ugreen will suffice. But if you ever have an issue, Ugreen is harder to deal with. Ive heard some horror stories regarding their customer service. But if you pay less for a product, there are certain things that you just aren't going to get, and in the case of Ugreen it's subpar CS."

"Great decision you made to go with the Anker Prime. I have the older brother to this unit, the gen 1 Prime 20k mah 200w. Its been great. The display is super nice, 100w charging input is great if you need to charge the bank up super fast, and 100w per port (200w total) makes it to where you really cant max out or over tax the unit unless you plug 2 dead laptops into it, which is a scenario I never find myself in anyway 😂 this generation 2 unit that you have is even better. Its thinner, has slightly more capacity and max output, and you can control it from the app like the big boy 26k. I really want to get the new 26250k mah 300w unit, not because I NEED it, I have the Prime 20k and a 737...but I want it 😭 just a little too pricey for mw right now but....someday"

"I use my NB10000 and NB Air (5k) all the time. But not a fan of the NB20000 mainly because being a 20k powerbank, it still only has 22.5W output. If I'm already in the 20k domain, I'd rather go a little bit heavier to have something with >30W output so I can charge laptop if needed. On the other hand, the size and weight of a NB20000 is pretty much the same as having 2x NB10000. So why not just get 2x NB10000 instead for more flexibility?"

"I have the same problem. I think that most of vendors (or at least many of them) use non-standard additions, or violate transient current, or didn't conform to capacitance, etc. I have really menu chargers, from low end AliExpress to expensive ugreen, and it all works totally unpredictable. Just for example, my phone charges only USB 5V 10W from Ugreen 100W port C1 and 60W Toocki charger, 9V 20W from the same Ugreen, but port C2 (100W also, similar port), 9V 28W from its own type c charger and from Ugreen 140W charger. 😁 Just complete mess."

"I have a Jackery Explorer 300 Plus and one of their folding 100 watt solar panels, and it's awesome. The panel gets a full 100 watts in full sun, and it's e ouch to completely charge the battery in a few hours. Killer car camping piece of gear."
